The dividing out of Itachi's personal possessions is as follows:
First and foremost, that which goes to Sasuke, his only living relative (aside from Shisui who dropped off the face of the earth or something), his brother, is the entire family estate. He will have the family business handed down to him and will be assissted by the same delegates who assissted Itachi in his earlier years of running the business until he is eighteen years of age. He cannot touch company finances on his own until he is twenty, but he will have permission to handle things under supervision. Sasuke will have full access to the family bank account, the remaining funds in Itachi's personal account transferred over to his brother. A photo album of which Sasuke had once given to Itachi will be given back to Sasuke. A safe from the bank will be of access; it contains special mementos of their parents and some of the family line further down like their aunts and uncles. It has a picture of them together when they were younger also. Also, the final item in the keep safe box is an article detailing the truth of what happened to their parents.
To Kurenai Itachi leaves his ferret, his boat, and the apartment (though the furnishings and things inside are to be shared and negotiated with Sasuke if the boy should want them). Also to her he specifically leaves his Disney movie collection (as well as all his other movies).
His Maserati will be sold, the proceeds being split up evenly amongst his friends, Kisame, Deidara, Sasori, and Zetsu. Each will receive an approximate sum of $22,788 USD.
And that's about it for his personal stuff...
